The Legacy of Badr Dairy

The story of Al Badr Dairy Products began when a Greek cheese producer established a modest dairy operation in Menofia, laying the foundation for what would become a cherished local brand. The narrative took a pivotal turn in 1972 when Mohamed Badr, an enthusiastic cheese trader with a profound passion for quality, acquired this factory. He skillfully combined valuable knowledge from the greek producer with cherished family recipes that had been passed down through generations and authentic Egyptian recipes. This unique blend of expertise allowed Mohamed Badr to build upon the initial foundation, transforming the operation into a reputable name in cheese production across Egypt, renowned for its unwavering commitment to tradition and excellence. His son Ibrahim joined the business, introducing groundbreaking concepts while steadfastly upholding his father\'s dedication to conventional techniques. Together, they expanded their reach throughout Egypt\'s Delta area, forging strong connections with local dairy producers who shared their commitment to excellence.

Currently, the Badr family continues to carry on this rich heritage, merging traditional methods with modern manufacturing criteria. Although the company has expanded considerably, it remains faithful to its founding principles: utilizing top-quality ingredients, adhering to traditional recipes, and developing products that honor the family name and legacy.
